Hydro Excavation

Contrary to conventional methods such as backhoes or bulldozers which can damage underground utilities, causing potential injury to operators, delays to construction or industrial projects, and costly fines for contractors, hydro excavation, or daylighting, is an effective alternative for digging where heavy machinery is unsafe or simply impractical.

Rolan's hydro excavation team uses pressurized water and high-volume vacuum trucks to dig holes or clear areas by removing the water and soil. Our operators can select optimum pressures for digging through clay, rocky soil, or even frozen earth without damaging buried utilities or harming underground process lines. Removed soil can be transported and dumped off-site, or offloaded on-site for backfill purposes or your own disposition.
